He is a Mechanical Engineer, MBA, and a certified Business Analyst with commercial, operational, and management experience in different sectors and companies. He loves spending time with his wife, children and his little dog, he is also passionate about golf, mountain biking and reading.

Affan is a strategic and result-oriented Business Analysis practitioner with over 8 years of international experience enabling change in organizations across the Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and Telecom sectors.
With his educational background in Computer Science, he has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Analysis with proven expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and change management. Outside of work, he spends most of his free time traveling to new places and exploring nature with his family.

Lisa teaches a variety of information technology (IT) and Business Analysis (BA) courses in the School of Business Management at Mohawk College.
As a former Senior Business Analyst with major corporations and a specialist in Program Quality, her IT and BA expertise is integrated into the curriculum and provides students with experiential learning opportunities that reflect current, real-world, 21st Century practices in business. A Masters in Education in Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning augments industry expertise for adult learners at Mohawk College.
