Speaker Biographies:

Steve Todd:

With over 20 years of experience in the document and content management business, Steve helps organizations across a broad range of industries securely manage, store and retrieve information while achieving their desired return on investment. Steve has extensive knowledge in Software as a Service (SaaS), on-premise and Cloud- based solutions.Steve is proficient in identifying and analyzing business issues and designing systems that provide appropriate and effective solutions.With expertise in developing workflow solutions, Steve partners with organizations to help them fully automate their business processes, route documents and track procedures while implementing an overall disaster recovery (DR) plan.

Carolyn Bart- Riedstra:

Carolynn Bart-Riedstra holds a MA in History and certificates in Records Management, Archives Management and Privacy Legislation. She was the Archives Advisor for the Archives of Association of Ontario from April 2005 until March 2013 and has worked as an archivist and records manager for over 30 years. Carolynn teaches the introduction to records management and the archives courses at Mohawk College and is an instructor at University of Western Ontario. She enjoys teaching and learning from her students.

Dolores Harms- Penner:

Dolores Harms Penner is Program Specialist and Instructor for the library education programs offered by Mohawk College, which include the records and information management certificate program. Prior to her current position at Mohawk College, she was a librarian in a corporate library and also in a public library. Her educational background includes a bachelors degree in mathematics and a masters degree in library science. She enjoys helping students prepare for careers in the information services field and learns from them daily.
